With over 5 years of experience in IT, data analytics, and tech support, I’ve spent my days (and too many late nights) transforming tangled datasets into business insights, wrangling Excel like a pro, and occasionally convincing a stubborn printer that yes, it does have paper. I’ve worked across industries — from retail giants like Zara (Inditex) to legal-tech at Integreon, dabbling in everything from inventory optimization and process automation to SQL queries and SEC filings. I speak fluent Power BI, Excel, SQL, and sarcasm. Oh, and I’m also the guy your team secretly thanks when dashboards update without crashing. I believe analytics should be actionable, data should tell a story, and coffee should always be strong. Outside of work, I moonlight as a website tinkerer, video editor, and the unofficial tech support guy for my entire extended family.
